Avo

Avo, short for avocado, is one of the trendiest plant-based restaurants in town. Located in Charlotte Pike’s OneC1ty Complex, it’s impossible to miss thanks to the huge avocado mural on its’ building. Their vegan menu is as fresh (and delicious) as it gets. Our personal favorites? The Veggie Burger and the Kimchi Spring Rolls.

True Food Kitchen

The philosophy at True Food Kitchen is that food should make you feel better, not worse, and boy do they practice what they preach! Their menu is packed with flavor and healthy ingredients. We’re particularly fond of their Inside Out Quinoa Burger (pictured above) with layers on all the freshest vegetarian fixings. Can you say YUM?

Rush Bowls Nashville

“What’s a Rush Bowl?” Well, it’s a bowl of deliciousness packed with all kinds of fruits, acai, granola and other healthy ingredients. They’re perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack or dessert. The Dragon Bowl (pictured above) is one of our favorites.. acai topped with crunchy granola, fresh blueberries and strawberries, & a drizzle of honey. It puts the good in good morning!

Kokos Ice Cream

After feasting on Veggie Burgers or Kimchi Spring Rolls at Avo, head next door to Koko’s Ice Cream! This place is Nashville’s only locally-made, dairy/nut free, artisan ice cream company that’s 100% plant-based! Koko’s just recently opened and we’re pretty sure this is going to be our new favorite spot to cool off this summer.

The Urban Juicer

The Urban Juicer is one of our all time favorites which explains why there are five Nashville locations. We can’t get enough of their juices! You can order one of their delicious blends off the menu or they’ll create a custom juice on the spot. They’re also known for their one and three-day cleanses if you’re looking for a detox.
