A journey from the ecstatic highs of romantic obsession to the deepest lows of betrayal, Berlioz’s groundbreaking Symphonie Fantastique continues to amaze today. Now is your chance to hear your GRAMMY®-winning Nashville Symphony perform this captivating piece in the stunning acoustics of Schermerhorn Symphony Center. World-renowned British pianist Stephen Hough – one of contemporary music’s most brilliant artists and thinkers – will make a special visit to perform Mendelssohn’s sparkling First Piano Concerto. This unforgettable evening opens with dynamic young composer Andrew Norman’s Unstuck, a jaw-dropping piece inspired by Kurt Vonnegut’s Slaughterhouse Five.
