Whether you're interested in a career in the wine industry or are just a devoted wine enthusiast- you won't want to miss this rare opportunity to get a first hand look into how winemaking works. In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of winemaking, basic wine tasting, and the challenges and processes of urban winemaking. Have you ever wondered what the word corked was? Or, what wine lees are?  You will also get the chance to experience a few daily checklist items of the winemakers, and what happens when they are not in harvest season. Don't miss this rare opportunity to dive into the minds of our winemaker Michelle Foletta, and beverage director Evan Danielson.  Included in this class with be a tasting of 4 wines, and a light cheese plate Class Level: All levels Age Requirements: 21+, ID required
